BasisSoft recently held an insightful in-house training seminar titled “The Secret to High Performance: Achievement Muscle” in collaboration with Injae Forest, a leading corporate education company.

Injae Forest (Co-CEOs: Jung Jooyong and Jang Jaewook) specializes in training programs that emphasize the strategic importance of positive employee experience—believing that engagement drives performance and accelerates the achievement of organizational goals.

The seminar explored the concept of “Achievement Muscle”, a core competency required to excel and thrive within a team. This mental muscle helps individuals immerse themselves in their work and consistently generate results. The session also provided fascinating insights into the neurological mechanisms and actionable strategies behind developing this capability.

From April 3rd (Thu) to 4th (Fri), the two-day training program titled “Highway BIM Design Using EasyRoad”, hosted by the Korea Engineering Association, was successfully conducted.

This course was designed to help participants understand the core concepts and principles of full-scale highway BIM design using BIM solutions. It focused on hands-on learning of how to create quantity takeoffs and final deliverables in accordance with Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC) standards.

In particular, the program emphasized strengthening practical skills using EasyRoad, a domestic BIM solution developed based on Korean road design standards, enabling participants to directly apply the training to real-world design tasks.

Participants who completed this program are officially recognized as “BIM Training-Certified Engineers” when evaluated under the KEC’s BIM-based design review system, providing a significant boost to their professional qualifications and competitiveness.

The training drew participation from a wide range of engineers, including active highway design professionals, and concluded with great enthusiasm. Attendees expressed high satisfaction with EasyRoad’s intuitive interface and powerful parametric design capabilities.
